How your WalletGrower wallet works.

Most rewards post within a few minutes of completing the tracked action. Some offers — especially games with multi-step milestones and cashback deals with a return-period — have a pending window before they clear. Pending rewards don't count toward your cashout minimum until they clear.

Cashback brands usually allow returns for 14-30 days before releasing a commission. Game milestones can sit in pending while our earn partner verifies the install is genuine. If a reward has been pending for longer than the expected window shown on the offer card, contact our earn partner Besitos directly — they own wallet support.

Head to your wallet page (app.walletgrower.com/wallet), pick a cashout option, and confirm. For US users we settle through Tango rails — you can cash out to PayPal, Venmo, major gift cards (Amazon, Target, Starbucks, 100+), prepaid Visa/Mastercard, or a charity donation. For users in Canada, the UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy, cashout is via PayPal or Venmo (where your account is eligible) — the Tango gift card / prepaid Visa / charity rails are US-only per Besitos's published cashout matrix. Cashout requests must be approved by the Besitos team before they release; payouts are processed daily, 9 AM–5 PM ET, seven days a week.

The wallet minimum is $10 USD-equivalent across all rails (PayPal, Venmo, gift cards, prepaid). The Besitos wallet displays balances in USD; for international users, PayPal and Venmo handle the conversion to your local currency at receipt at their standard FX rates. The wallet page shows the live minimum for the option you pick.

Per Besitos's published cashout matrix, international users (Canada, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy) cash out via PayPal or Venmo (where your Venmo account is eligible). The Tango gift card / prepaid Visa / charity-donation rails are US-only and aren't available outside the US. PayPal is the universally supported rail; Venmo eligibility depends on whether your Venmo account is in good standing in a supported region. The wallet shows balances in USD; PayPal/Venmo convert to your local currency at receipt.

The Besitos wallet displays your balance in USD. When you cash out via PayPal or Venmo, the receiving service handles the conversion to your local currency (GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD) at its standard FX rate at the time of receipt. We don't add any conversion markup; the rate is whatever PayPal or Venmo applies on their side.

For small rewards, no. Once your lifetime earnings cross the IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year, our earn partner may ask for basic identity verification (legal name, address, date of birth, SSN last 4) so they can issue a 1099 at tax time. This is standard for any platform that pays real money.

Reversals happen when the brand that paid for the offer later claws back the commission (most often: a purchase was returned, a free trial was canceled before conversion, or the install was flagged as non-genuine). We mirror every reversal in your transaction history so you can always see what changed and when.
