How your WalletGrower wallet works.

Short version: when you complete an offer, it shows up in your wallet. Most things clear within minutes; some sit in a pending window while our earn partner verifies the action. Once your available balance clears the minimum for the cashout method you pick, you can cash out.

Gift cards

Major brands (Amazon, Target, Starbucks, etc.) via Tango. Minimums start around $5.

Prepaid cards

Virtual Visa or Mastercard that works anywhere those networks do.

Frequently asked questions

When does a reward land in my wallet?

Most rewards post within a few minutes of completing the tracked action. Some offers โ€” especially games with multi-step milestones and cashback deals with a return-period โ€” have a pending window before they clear. Pending rewards don't count toward your cashout minimum until they clear.

Why is my reward still pending?

Cashback brands usually allow returns for 14-30 days before releasing a commission. Game milestones can sit in pending while our earn partner verifies the install is genuine. If a reward has been pending for longer than the expected window shown on the offer card, contact our earn partner Besitos directly โ€” they own wallet support.

How do I cash out?

Head to your wallet page (app.walletgrower.com/wallet), pick a cashout option, and confirm. For US users we settle through Tango rails โ€” you can cash out to major gift cards, prepaid Visa/Mastercard, or a charity donation. International users currently cash out to PayPal or Venmo; those rails unlock once our account manager enables them.

What is the minimum to cash out?

Minimums depend on the payout option you pick. Gift cards typically start at $5. Prepaid cards start at $10. PayPal / Venmo for international users have their own floors. The wallet page shows the live minimum for each option at the moment you cash out.

Do I need to verify my identity?

For small rewards, no. Once your lifetime earnings cross the IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year, our earn partner may ask for basic identity verification (legal name, address, date of birth, SSN last 4) so they can issue a 1099 at tax time. This is standard for any platform that pays real money.

A reward was reversed โ€” what happened?

Reversals happen when the brand that paid for the offer later claws back the commission (most often: a purchase was returned, a free trial was canceled before conversion, or the install was flagged as non-genuine). We mirror every reversal in your transaction history so you can always see what changed and when.

How do I get help if my cashout failed?

Cashout and wallet support is handled by our earn partner Besitos โ€” they own the payout rails, so they can trace the failure. Email accounts@besitoscorp.com with your transaction ID. For anything else (reward disputes we owe you, referral credit, etc.) contact our support team directly.
