Welcome to WalletGrower. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WalletGrower website located at walletgrower.com, the authenticated app at app.walletgrower.com, the Walley AI chatbot, the Earn marketplace, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Fiat Growth, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WalletGrower, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclosure Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be notified by email or by an in-Site banner. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

WalletGrower is a personal-finance content, education, and earnings platform. We provide articles, guides, comparison tools, calculators, curated financial-product recommendations, an AI-powered finance chatbot ("Walley"), and an Earn marketplace where you can complete games, surveys, and cashback offers in exchange for rewards (the "Earn Marketplace"). The Earn Marketplace is operated in partnership with Besitos Corporation, LLC ("Besitos"), as further described in Sections 6–7.

4. Not Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

All content on WalletGrower is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision. We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or returns. Past performance of any product, service, or strategy mentioned on the Site does not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

5. Affiliate Relationships & Compensation

WalletGrower earns revenue through affiliate commissions when you sign up for or purchase products and services through links on the Site, and through the Earn Marketplace described below. Affiliate partnerships do not influence our editorial content, ratings, rankings, or recommendations. Our editorial team operates independently from our business and partnerships teams. 7. Surveys (Research Data)

Participation in surveys is voluntary. When you opt in to a survey, your responses are shared with the third-party survey research provider that sourced the survey, via Besitos, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some surveys include demographic profiling questions; you may decline to answer any individual question and may exit any survey at any time before submission. We retain a record of your survey-participation consent for the term of your account plus 12 months, as required by our partnership with Besitos. You may withdraw your consent to take additional surveys at any time by contacting hello@walletgrower.com; data already submitted may be retained per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

8. Financial-Product Matching

Some pages on the Site (credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, deposits, insurance, debt relief) display product offers and comparison tools powered by our partner Engine Tech, Inc. ("Engine"). Where you submit a product application through these tools, you may be routed to a lender, issuer, insurer, or other provider that makes the underlying credit / underwriting decision. We are not the lender, issuer, or insurer; we do not approve or deny applications; we do not set the rates, fees, or terms shown by Engine's partners. Final terms are set by the provider and may differ from any pre-screen estimates. See our Sub-Processors page for the data flow.

9. Service Providers and Data Processing

We rely on third-party service providers to operate the Service: Besitos (Earn Marketplace, wallet, cashout), Engine (financial-product matching), Anthropic (Walley AI), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and auth), Resend (transactional email), Beehiiv (newsletter CRM), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection), Google (OAuth and opt-in Analytics), and payment rails like Tango Card, PayPal, and Venmo (via Besitos). These providers act on our written instructions under data-processing agreements that limit how your data may be used. The complete and current list, with categories of data processed and locations, is maintained on our Sub-Processors page. We may add, replace, or remove sub-processors at any time; material changes will be reflected on that page and (where material) communicated by email or in-Site notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Site are owned by or licensed to Fiat Growth, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on WalletGrower without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as printing an article for your own reference. The Walley chatbot, the Earn Marketplace branding, and the WalletGrower wordmark are trademarks of Fiat Growth, LLC.

11. User Accounts & Acceptable Use

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related infrastructure; interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Service; use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without our written permission; create multiple accounts to circumvent earnings limits, eligibility rules, or fraud protections; or use the Service to defraud, harass, or harm any other user or third party.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service contains links to third-party websites, products, and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Clicking an affiliate or external link may take you to a site governed by different terms and privacy policies; review them before submitting personal information.

13. Accuracy of Information & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, content on WalletGrower — whether AI-assisted or human-written — may contain errors, outdated information, or omissions. Financial-product terms, rates, eligibility, and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Site. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiat Growth, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection or data-protection law (including, where applicable, the GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, or US state consumer-protection statutes).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fiat Growth, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WalletGrower at any time, for any reason. For terminations not due to your breach, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination: (a) provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law); (b) any earned but unredeemed wallet balance will be handled per Besitos's policies — you are encouraged to redeem any available balance before termination; (c) data retention will follow the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, International Users

Users in the United States: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless you and Fiat Growth, LLC mutually agree otherwise. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of account creation by emailing hello@walletgrower.com.

Users in the EU, UK, Switzerland, or EEA: nothing in these Terms (including any choice of law, arbitration, or limitation-of-liability provision) overrides any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection right available to you under the law of your country of residence. You retain the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence and to invoke the protections of the GDPR, UK GDPR, and Swiss FADP. Our cross-border data transfers are made under EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and Swiss FADP equivalents, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified by email (to subscribers) or by a banner on the Site. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
